I, XXXXXXX XXXX, promise to behave in my classroom in order to get permission to drive my car to school.  I understand that I must behave for two full weeks.

Things that I must do:

●use appropriate language in class, i.e-no swearing

●no hitting, shoving, pushing, pulling, touching, grabbing anyone in the class

●no inappropriate stories about cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, illegal activities

●no threats of any kind

●no sneaking out of school during the school day

If I follow these rules, I can drive to school every day.  If I break any of these rules, I will not be allowed to drive to school until I follow all my rules for two more weeks.
