To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter in support of Social Security services for XXXX XXXXXXXXX.  I have been XXXXX’s case manager and primary special education teacher for the past two years.  I know firsthand the extent of XXX’s emotional and behavioral needs in the classroom, in the school building and in the community.  I think it is important to maintain critical services for XXX over the next few years in order to enable him to achieve academically, socially, emotionally and behaviorally.

XXXX is a complex individual.  His emotional and medical needs since his accident continue to hinder his potential.  XXXX has great difficulty controlling his anger.  Please reconsider his standing with the Social Security Administration.  I think investing the next few years in this young man will help him to develop into the remarkable adult he intends to be.

Sincerely,

Donna Della Porta, M.Ed.
